By definition, dynamic means "constant change." At Settlers Bay we prefer to view dynamic as "progress." This process will allow golf rates to be adjusted - both lower and higher - in real-time, based on demand, availability and other changing factors. While this style of pricing may be new to the game of golf, airlines and hotels and now even your favorite sports teams have been utilizing this pricing strategy for years.

 

With rates changing daily, Dynamic Pricing gives you the ability to choose the RIGHT rate for you, at the RIGHT time for you, on the RIGHT day for you. The earlier you book, the MORE you SAVE! 


Dynamic prices are different for every hour throughout the day. Have a special price or discount? Go ahead and book, your credir card will NOT be charged anything when booking online.


You can book your tee time online below or if you prefer to speak with a golf associate, please call the pro shop at 907-376-5466. 

  • When can I book my tee time?

    Tee Times may be made up to 7 days in advance have no booking fees. for a maximum of 4 players. Golf carts are available.


    Tee Times can be made 8 days and beyond online with a $7 per player advance booking fee 

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling (907) 376-5466. Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website. Please do not send e-mails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations.

  • Secure Booking

    We would like to ensure our customers that when entering your information, you are using a Secure URL. We use 128 Bit SSL Data Encryption, but do not show this in your browser because of 'Framing' that takes place to provide seamless integration with our Tee Time Reservation Software.
